My name is Tim Arnholt. I am the principal broker and owner of Arnholt Realty. I have been selling real estate in the Bartholomew County area for twelve years. I started Arnholt Realty in February of 2003. I grew up in Columbus and continue to reside here, which helps us to know the surrounding areas quite well. My wife, Angie, earned her real estate license in 2006 and is helping with the business. We recently hired a new agent, Bruce Nolting, in July of 2006. He has been a great addition.
